Subject: support free travel to Cuba

Dear Senator Kennedy

Senator Christopher Dodd recently introduced an amendment to the
Treasury-Postal bill that would prohibit the use of funds to enforce
the current ban on travel from the United States to Cuba.  A similar
amendment has already been passed with the House version of this
legislation.  I hope that you'll support this measure which would
restore Americans' right to travel freely to Cuba.
