Subject: support S. Res. 21

Dear Senator Kennedy

I hope that you'll support S. Res. 21, a bipartisan bill that would place
Congressional Research Service reports available for public access via the
Internet.  Currently, electronic copies of these reports are available only
on the Congressional intranet, and interested members of the public must resort
to ordering cumbersome and costly paper copies.  S. Res. 21 would remedy this
failure to take advantage of the full democratic potential of network
technology.
