Subject: support reform of the HEA drug exclusion

Dear Representative Capuano

This coming Wednesday, Barney Frank will reintroduce legislation to repeal
provisions of the Higher Education Act that restrict or deny access to federal
financial aid for students who've been convicted of any drug-related crime, no
matter how minor.  I hope you'll support this legislation.  Denying access to
higher education only makes life more difficult for students who have turned to
drug use.  These people should be afforded every opportunity to better
themselves.
