Subject: support the Secret Evidence Repeal Act

Dear Representative Capuano

I hope that you'll support H.R. 1266, the Secret Evidence Repeal Act.  By
establishing procedures for the handling of classified information in
immigration courts, this bill would ensure that aliens are no longer deported
on the basis of evidence kept secret from them and from their lawyers.  This
measure is simply common sense in a country whose founding document holds so
dear the right of the accused to be confronted with the cause of the accusation
against him or her.
