Dear Representative Capuano

I hope that you'll support HR 1344, the States' Rights for Medical Marijuana
Act.  In the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision on medical marijuana,
passage of this bill is the only way to keep the federal government from
interfering with states' decisions to permit physicians to prescribe marijuana.
Patients suffering from AIDS and from cancer have found that marijuana relieves
nausea and pain.  The government's drug hysteria should not be allowed to go on
producing needless suffering.
