Subject: support HR 1452

Thanks for being an original co-sponsor of HR 1452, the Family Reunification
Act, which would allow aliens who have committed minor crimes to appeal
deportation.  This important bill returns some amount of discretion in
deportation proceedings, and renders the treatment of persons who are not
citizens of the United States less unfair.
