Dear Representative Capuano

I write to urge your support for HR 25, the Fair Tax Act of 2003.  This
important bill would reduce the size and burden of the federal government,
by eliminating federal taxation of incomes and inheritances and returning
most tax administration to the states.  Especially in this time of tight
budgets for state governments and financial uncertainty for individuals,
bold moves need to be made in order to allow money to remain in the hands
of the localities where it's generated and the individuals who earn it.
I hope that you'll support the Fair Tax Act.
