I urge you to join Senator Kerry in co-sponsoring S.342, the Climate
Stewardship Act.  This bill would provide for scientific study of the nature
and extent of climate change caused by human activities, and would establish
am efficient, market-based system of emissions trading in order to reduce
greenhouse-gas emissions.  Climate change is a phenomenon that affects all
of us, and creating a national market for emissions credits is a proven
strategy to help address such problems of global reach.
