Please vote YES this week on Rep. Bobby Scott's amendment to the
Labor/HHS/Education funding bill to delete $10 million for school drug
testing and instead shift this money into support for Reintegration of
Youthful Offenders.

Student drug testing doesn't work, and sends the harmful message that the
authorities do not respect students' privacy.  Reintegrating those who do
criminally offend is a far more rational, humane and respectful use of
taxpayer resources.
