Portions of the Patriot Act are about to sunset. Please allow them to do so.
Please oppose bringing up a vote on any "deal," and if a vote occurs, please
cast your vote in opposition to the renewal and expansion of the Patriot Act.
The USA PATRIOT Act was all too hastily re-drafted and passed in 2001, and these
sunset provisions must be allowed to operate to restore the full force of the
Fourth Amendment.
