Please remove all provisions supporting the REAL ID Act from all pending
immigration legislation.

The proposed Electronic Employment Verification System goes beyond mere
verification of employment eligibility, and provides a means to track the work
history of every person in the United States.  This is an unwarranted invasion
of privacy.
