Thank you for co-sponsoring S.185, the Habeas Corpus Restoration Act.  Alleged
enemies should be treated with the same human and legal rights that the United
States would expect for its own citizens held by other states - else the United
States' battle for its supposed freedoms becomes an empty one indeed.
