Please support HR 3782, the FISA Modernization Act, instead of HR 3773, the
RESTORE Act.  The so-called RESTORE Act does nothing of the sort: it caves into
the executive's demands for unchecked surveillance by allowing overly general
"basket" warrants.

In addition, please oppose any bill that would give telecommunications companies
retroactive and/or proactive immunity from suits relating to their collaboration
in illegal wiretapping schemes.
