Intelligence Surveillance Act modernisation bill that would grant immunity to
telecommunications companies that participated in illegal wiretapping schemes.
Democrats are no longer the opposition party; they are the majority and they
ought to use that majority power to stop the Bush government from ramming its
agenda through congress.
