I'm very disappointed with your decision yesterday not to sign an executive
order prohibiting employers with federal contracts from discriminating against
current or prospective employees who are homosexual, bisexual, or transgendered.
You seem rather consistently to have assumed the political support of those who
endorse such anti-discrimination measures, without following through on the
deal.  There is a limit to that assumption.
