While noble in its objectives, this bill attempts to curtail individual privacy to an unreasonable extent. I'm concerned in particular about Title III of the bill, which gives the executive broad powers to pry into private records, and about Title VI, which would abridge aliens' rights to due process, and expand the all-too-often abused practice of asset forfeiture.
