But in the same statement, she told the public that your ban on the use of federal AIDS funds would nevertheless remain in effect. I'm aghast. You've admitted that the lack of funding for needle exchanges is causing people -- not only the drug users themselves but also all the people to whom they may spread the infection -- to die. And yet you'll do nothing to stop this?
