Dear Rep. Lowey:

As your constituent I write to express my support of Rep. Ron Paul's Voter
Freedom Act, which is being introduced as an amendment to the Shays-Meehan
campaign reform substitute bill.  This amendment would strengthen political
discourse by reducing barriers to ballot access for third parties.  All
parties, major and minor, would benefit from the freer exchange of political
plans and ideas in such an environment.

I hope you'll support the Paul Amendment to the Shays-Meehan Bill.
