This action may take place TOMORROW, Thursday, July 30th. Needle exchange saves lives by reducing the spread of HIV and other infections. Numerous scientific studies have proven that this benefit comes without any increase in demand for drugs. Please help stop a ban on needle exchange from becoming part of the District of Columbia appropriations bill.
