Subject: oppose HR 2036

Dear Representative Capuano:

I write as your constituent to express my opposition to HR 2036.  This broadly
written measure, though intended to prevent minors' exposure to violent or
sexual representations, would impose self-censorship on museums, libraries,
and general sources of news and information.  Even Republican Mark Foley (R-FL)
has spoken out in opposition to the measure on First Amendment grounds.  I urge
you to join the bipartisan supporters of freedom of expression in defeating
this poorly constructed bill.
