Subject: support Paul-Barr-Campbell Financial Privacy Amendment to HR10

Dear Representative Capuano

On 30 January I wrote to you about the FDIC's proposed `Know Your Customer'
rules, which would constitute a gross violation of the private relationship 
between a financial institution and its law-abiding customers.  One of the many
proposed amendments to HR10, currently under debate in the House, would address
this issue once and for all.  I urge you to support the Paul-Barr-Campbell
Financial Privacy Amendment to HR 10, which would accomplish all the goals of
the Know Your Customer Sunset Act (HR 516).
