This includes the right of the accused to face their accuser and the ability to see, hear and respond to the evidence against them. Despite this history, Congress chose in 1996 to create a court where the government seeks to deport aliens, including people in the country legally, using secret evidence. The accused cannot see the evidence against them, nor can they find out who their accusers are! HR 2121 would reverse this poor state of affairs, and I hope that you'll support it.
