fastshft - The stimulus delivery program.
oldshft  - A version of fastshft for use in practice trials outside the
	   scanner; doesn't include the start-of-scan delay (DDA).
sequence - generate the stimulus file stimuli.dat, the input to fastshft

parcal   - Calibrate the hold time of the active-low BUSY input from an
	   interface box that's triggered by a positive-going STROBE pulse.
invcal   - Same as parcal but BUSY signal is active high.

joycal   - Time the duration of the video refresh cycle, in the same units as
	   the game port's capacitor recharging period is timed by joystk.
joystk   - Time the game port's capacitor recharging period.
joymon   - Continuously monitor the game port.

istart   - Send code 132 to COM2 (or COM1, if COM2 isn't installed) at 19200bps
	   to start the data recorder.
istop    - Send code 136 to COM2 (or COM1, if COM2 isn't installed) at 19200bps
	   to stop the data recorder.

cominit  - Initialise COM2 (or COM1, if COM2 isn't installed) to 19200bps, 8N1.
comread  - Read a code from COM2 (or COM1, if COM2 isn't installed).
com.bat  - Use cominit and comread to read codes repeatedly.
